If the insurance company asks you to get an estimate, come see us. We can help answer your concerns by explaining the claims and repair process to you. We can also arrange for the auto rental company to pick you up at our location while your vehicle is in the shop.​

It is your right to choose the collision repair facility for your vehicle. You do not have to use a facility that is recommended by the claims adjuster or your insurance company. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claim center, you can do this or you may leave your vehicle at our facility and ask that the insurance company inspect the vehicle here. Our typical estimate takes about 15 minutes and no appointment is needed. We can write the estimate and meet with the adjuster at our facility to determine the best plan for your vehicle repair.

Repair estimates may be different. A lower estimate may not include all the necessary work. If you're not sure why your estimates are different, please ask us. We'll be happy to explain so you can be confident that you are selecting the best collision repairs for your vehicle.
